I bought 3 of these over the years, with the most recent one yesterday (3/3/17). I try to open it only to get "Program Not Working". Although I am fairly experienced with PE I will never buy another one.

Just bought a refurb. computer with windows 7 and it worked when I first downloaded it. Then it wouldn't do anything but freeze the computer up the next time I tried to use it. It had worked fine on my other computer with windows 7 and 8 but not with this computer.

This product does not work as it says. I have Windows 7 and it won't open on my computer. The tech I contacted said they couldn't help me to get a refund. That is a very difficult procedure as well. Still haven't got my refund.

I have the same issue. No refund from the source Co. or from the retailer Sams Club. I have filed a fraud complaint via my Sam's club Master Card.
